Stay Cool,
                 Perform Better.

Gain the Edge Over Your Competitors

In sports, every advantage counts. This innovative cooling device will help me push my limits while reducing fatigue. This technology regulates body temperature to boost endurance.

#Stay cooler #Go further

                           Vision for the device ?

My vision is to explore new technology in the world of physical training whether it be for athletes, gym users, rock climbers, or workplaces, and hope to shine a light on this technology so it becomes more mainstream.

how does the device work ?

This device cools the palm by absorbing heat through a metal plate in contact with the hand and dissipating it, ensuring continuous cooling.

End Goal

I aim to build this device and put it to the test through Olympic lifting, basketball, and the rest of my sports journey and hopefully publish some research paper.

Slide Background
Prototype 1
In this stage the basic concept of cooling the plate was tested.
Achievement:

I was able to cool the metal plate with control of how much power goes into it. In addition to that adapter plate was designed and 3D printed to attach the heat sink to the metal plate.

Build & Design
Prototype 2
Testing of Temperature sensor to control the temperature of the metal plate
Achievement:

I was able to create close loop system with active feedback system where the temperature of the metal plate was kept at 12 degrees.

Slide Background
Prototype 3
In this stage I cleaned the wire mess and remove the breadboard by making PCB board
Achievement:

I was able to design PCB in KiCad and than ordered it from JLCPCB, This board has two controllers and 4 temperature sensors and it is shield for Arduino Uno but complete testing is still yet to be done.

Build & Design
Prototype 4
Building and Assembly of the frame and Adapter plate
Tasks:

Cutting aluminum extrusions, tapping holes, assembling them, and testing the rigidity and aesthetic.

Build & Design
Prototype 5
Assembling and testing new PCB board and new sensor mounting.
Tasks:

Assembling the metal frame and tested the new sensor mounting underneath the plate with new PCB board fixing the previous design error.
Now I need to fix the wiring routing and connect my power supply to it.
